Home is where our heart is!

We understand the challenges of finding quality caregivers who are compassionate, committed, and connected.

That’s right, connected. That’s how our services differ from other local caregiving agencies and referral services. Here’s why ‘the three Cs’ are so important to us:

  • COMPASSIONATE- We don’t just thoroughly screen the background. training, and education of each caregiver we refer. We also evaluate them for compassion, which cannot be taught.

  • COMMITTED- We find caregivers who are curious about learning more about this profession, who desire to expand their training and education, and who want to make healthcare a permanent career.

  • CONNECTED- We sponsor events to build connections between caregivers. We believe if our team knows one another on a personal level, we will all work much better together, giving clients a better experience.

Our Services

For Clients

  • We provide caregivers who can administer medications and empty drains and catheters.

  • We match you with the right caregiver. We don’t send warm bodies, we send warm hearts with strong skills.

  • We offer flexibility based on your needs: no minimum requirements, no contracts, and shifts between 2 and 24 hours. We can start as soon as we’re needed; even immediately.

For Caregivers

  • We provide mentorship. You will have access to an RN and more experienced caregivers if you need to call for advice.

  • We pay a higher rate than traditional caregiving agencies or nursing facilities. No dealing with those awkward negotiations on your own!

  • We plan fun social gatherings where we get to know each other, make friends, and debrief about the challenges and rewards of caregiving.

Katie was recommended to me by the Kaiser Hospice Team. I called her my angel. I cannot say enough about her caring and gentle manner when caring for clients.

Lisa has one of the best bedside manners I’ve ever seen! I’ve learned a lot just by watching her with patients. As a new caregiver, I am so blessed to have found such an amazing mentor.

Katie was very caring, helpful, attentive, informative, and a godsend to our family. She is very knowledgeable about what happens at the end of life. I can’t express my gratitude to her enough.

  • “The professional caregivers from Oregon Care Link saved the day for our family when our 97-year-old very independent mother entered hospice due to cancer in late April 2024. We were not prepared to provide her the round the clock care she needed due to some difficult symptoms. We know that because we tried to care for her ourselves for the first week. And we exhausted ourselves quickly. Oregon Care Links caregivers were kind and professional, helped coach our family and, most importantly, they were willing to take night shifts so family members could sleep at night and be well rested to care for her during the day, Our mother was able to pass away comfortably with minimal pain at home, as was her wish. And our family caregivers had the caregiving support they needed to remain present for our mom and get along as a family during a challenging time. We are forever in debt to caregivers like Katie, Elizabeth, Melissa and Cocoa. There are angels among us (and they work for Oregon Care Link).”

  • “Katie and her team saved Bob at the end of his life. They allowed him to stay at home, the only place he wanted to be. When I tried carrying the load for his dementia and cancer all by myself, I really needed help. The Kaiser Hospice team asked if I would like to talk to a group of experts that might be able to be there now. Even though I thought I was doing everything right, they taught me how to do it with compassion and expertise. The ins and outs of minute-by-minute caregiving in the hospice setting are more intense, but everyone on the team smiled while explaining Bob's dreams to me, like driving his car on his trip to see loved ones. Their explanations helped me understand the goals of end-of-life so I knew better ways with better results. Even their knowledge of world religions made it easier-- Katie opened the patio door to allow Bob's spirit to leave for his journey "home." I do not have enough accolades for Oregon Care Link with Katie, Elizabeth, Kirby, and Melissa. This trip became easier and I was more relaxed because I understood the whole process of end-of-life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! If you ever want experts with compassion to help you and your loved ones at the end of life, Katie and her crew are the best.”
